Ugochukwu Udeh-Joel

He has over 15 years of experience in the agro commodity business and trading of FMCG. With a Bsc in geography and in- depth knowledge of environmental sustainability. He leads the renewable energy team, focusing on projects in Nigeria. His role involves coordinating the team’s effort to make a significant and meaningful impact. Throughout his career, Ugochukwu has gained extensive knowledge of various funding mechanism available to small and medium enterprise at the international, multilateral and regional level. He has a wealth of experience in private sector development. As the managing director, he has overall responsibility for the corporate strategy and direction of the company and focusing on the needs of everybody from investors to employees,customers and board of directors.

Cletus Iyaji Uduma

A seasoned legal professional with a rich and dynamic career spanning over 9 years, he is the visionary founder of aspen solicitors. His expertise encompasses the intricacies of litigation, legal drafting and contract negotiations. Beyond the legal realm, Cletus is a passionate advocate for renewable energy and sustainability. Actively involved in promoting index green energy limited, he is dedicated to advancing the production of renewable energy for productive use, contributing to a greener and more sustainable future. Under his leadership at aspen solicitors, he envisions a future where legal excellence seamlessly integrates with environmental advocacy. He presently holds the position of Director of Administration, as he is responsible for the overall administrative functions of the company.

Alabi Kehinde Peters

He is a Certified Chartered Accountant and Auditor, working on circular economy with a focus on the Renewable Energy Sector and Climate Finance. He has a background in Management and Accounting and has worked on a Wide Range of Energy Projects And Sustainable Food Chains for private organizations. As the head of Finance and Accounts, His roles include financial planning, Accounting operations, investment analysis And Financial Management.

Ajala Abayomi

A seasoned labor lawyer with years-long track record of working with a variety of law firms, organizations, and businesses. Extensive knowledge of laws surrounding commercial practices, startup businesses, mergers, labor laws vis-a-vis human resource practices, corporate and commercial practices. Additional knowledge in international employment relations while proven to be invaluable assets to past employers and clients who required assistance with requirement, head-hunting and talent selection. He is the Head of Human Resource department.

Muhammed Waqas Mansha

He is a Production Manager with 8 years experience leading a feed production team in Lean Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Accounts Management, Safety, And Transportation To Deliver Best-In-Class Services. He has an Msc in Animal Nutrition from the University Of Agriculture, Faisalbad, Pakistan. As the Production Manager of the Animal Feed Division, he oversees the animal feed production operations of the company.

Deethi Veera Prasad

He is a seasoned Farm Manager with extensive expertise in agronomy and sustainable agriculture. Holding a Bsc in Agriculture and an Msc in Horticulture, He brings a robust academic background to his Practical Knowledge. He is dedicated to implementing innovative and eco- friendly farming practices, contributing to the advancement of the agricultural sector. His passion for sustainable agriculture is reflected in his successful track record and commitment to fostering environmental stewardship within the farming community. He is currently the head of Farm Operations And as the Farm manager, he is responsible for the development and management of all the agricultural operations of the company.

Franklyn Ekwuru

Franklyn Ekwuru is a versatile Hse Specialist with a background in Applied Biochemistry and an Msc In Environment and Safety. With Extensive Experience In Energy, Epci, Manufacturing, And Logistics Operations, He combines a solid scientific foundation with practical expertise to ensure safety and compliance in diverse environments. Franklyn’s proactive approach and wealth of industry knowledge make him a valuable asset in fostering secure and sustainable work practices. He holds the position of the Lead HSE specialist, as he ensures that HSE Management is correctly applied throughout the project areas and also helps in training all the new staff members in the company’s HSE Policy and Procedures.

Folajomi Olanipekun

Fola is a seasoned chartered chemist and QcQa Consultant, specializing in food safety as a Lead Auditor. Applied chemistry, Armed with a Higher National diploma in Applied chemistry, he brings a wealth of expertise to ensure quality control and adherence to rigorous standards. Folajomi’s commitment to precision and his in-depth knowledge make him a trusted professional in the field, dedicated to upholding the highest standards in quality assurance. As a Quality Analyst and head of Quality Assurance and Control department, he is responsible for the smooth production operations, including planning, processing, quality, environment, health and safety. He also ensures that the business complies with all relevant food safety standards and codes.

Esther Umoren-Nzewi

Esther is a result-driven Strategic Procurement Manager, holding a Bsc in Math and Statistics, and an Msc in Statistics. As a Chartered Supply Chain Management Professional, she brings a wealth of experience as the Head of Supply Chain in diverse Nigerian organizations, demonstrating exceptional skills in optimizing procurement processes and fostering strategic supplier relationships. She is the Strategic Procurement Manager, overseeing the supply chain department of the company. Her responsibilities includes and not limited to the following; strategic planning and optimization of all supply chain operations to ensure efficient inventory management, cost-effective sourcing and timely delivery of products.
