You can use this system to quickly and easily report information, observations, abuses, safety deficiencies, dangers, or risks that may affect our company or the well-being of employees and third parties.
You can also use the system to contact Index Green’s Compliance department, for example, to ask a question about a specific issue (for example: “Customer XYZ offers me a gift. Can I accept this gift?”).
The system must not be used for false accusations. A deliberately false report can have criminal consequences.You are free to choose whether you want to provide your information using your name or completely anonymously. In any case, your report will be treated with equal confidentiality and care. It cannot be traced back to you if you do not provide any data that would allow conclusions to be drawn about your person. The report form guides you through the information.
